Who carries out the work?+
Work is carried out by licensed partner contractors. VIZION Services coordinates your visit and remains your point of contact.
How are prices presented?+
Listed rates are in AED and exclude VAT. Parts are extra where stated. Any additional work and its cost can be discussed before it proceeds.
How do I pay?+
You will receive a payment link after the work is complete. Card payments are not collected on this website.
Can I cancel a booking?+
Cancellation is free up to 12 hours before your booked slot. Please contact us if you need to change your plans.
What is your guarantee?+
Our guarantee: if anything isn't right, we return and put it right at no charge.
Does the plumbing callout fee count towards the repair?+
Yes. The AED 99 plumbing callout fee is credited to the job. Labour is AED 120 per hour and parts are extra.
Do you handle all electrical work?+
We offer minor electrical work only. DEWA supply, meter and main board work is not offered. The callout is AED 129; labour is AED 150 per hour and parts are extra.
Is there a discount for multiple AC units?+
Yes. Split-unit AC cleaning is AED 149 per unit, or AED 129 per unit when you clean three or more units in one visit.
Which areas do you cover?+
We serve homes across Dubai. Share your location when you get in touch so we can confirm availability for your slot.
Do you offer maintenance for property managers?+
Yes. Business accounts for holiday-home operators and property managers include scheduled maintenance, priority slots and one monthly invoice. There is 10% off for 10 or more units a month.
